Gas Detection Connect provides a versatile assignment history for each gas detection device.
The assignment can be easily managed in the "Edit device" menu.
How to assign a device
- Open the devices detail menu (double click on a device in the device list or select a device and click on the button in the blue bar).
- Devices can be assigned to GDC users in the "Assigned person" field under "Contact details
- Enter the username or email address to select a person to whom the device should be assigned.
How to unassign a device
- Open the devices detail menu (double click on a device in the device list or select a device and click on the button in the blue bar).
- Remove text in the "Assigned person" field under "Contact details
Assignment and unassignment information is displayed on the Assignment History tab in the Device Table, including the respective timestamps and the user who changed the assignment.
